20th South Pacific Nurses Forum 2020

The 20th South Pacific Nurses Forum was originally going to be held by the Vanuatu Nurses Association in October 2020. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic this event has been cancelled.

A 4-hour virtual conference is now being planned to be held on 11th November 2020. More information to come.

19th South Pacific Nurses Forum 2018

The 19th South Pacific Nurses Forum was held from 15th-19th October 2018 in the Cook Islands with the theme of "Transforming Leadership - Nurses as Change Agents for Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in the Pacific". Thank you to all presenters and attendees.

The South Pacific Nurses Forum was formed in 1982 by South Pacific Nurses who were attending the 1980 International Council of Nurses in Los Angeles, USA and has met in a different location in the South Pacific every two years since then.

Clinical nurses, nurse managers, nurse educators and nurse leaders from across the South Pacific attend the Forum to discuss and debate key issues of importance to nurses and nursing.
